Work with Clare
This is a personal invitation to you to join my leadership team in network marketing.
The first step is to fill in the form below to book a FREE session to determine your needs and how I might assist you get going in your network marketing business.
I personally don’t work with uplines, downlines or sidelines. I work with teams. We all bring different talents and experiences to the team and I work with everyone to be successful in this industry. I never wish to have my team feel like someone is above or below them. We are all equal here.
Whether you are brand-new to network marketing or a seasoned veteran, our systems, processes and people will work with you to ensure your success.
When considering joining a team, you must consider the following factors:
1. The team you are joining. Is there depth of leadership experience across all forms of marketing, sales, personal development and industry experience?
There needs to be each of these factors in the team that you are joining.
There should be people who are experienced in online marketing as well as offline marketing. Your team members will want to work this business in many different ways. Success comes mostly from traditional offline marketing. There are very few people who really crack the online marketing systems for network marketers. Do not be fooled into believing that it is easy to build leads online. Frankly, speaking from personal experience, it is much more challenging than building a business offline. For the few who do breakthrough online, of course it is very profitable. Your business can be easily expanded globally in this manner.
Make sure you interview more than one person before signing up. You would not purchase a franchise without doing your due diligence. Why would you join a network marketing company without doing your due diligence?
2. Consider the company that you will be partnering with - their leadership experience; career backgrounds; experience in network marketing; commitment to growth of the company; strength of the corporate team and their ability to fund the growth.
3. The product or service being promoted. Is it unique or is it really a copy-cat of something else already in the market? What is the long-range forecast for this product? Is it a consumable or an expensive one-off purchase that is not duplicatable? Your business will depend on repeat orders so really consider this fact when making your decision. The most sensible opportunities are based on a monthly repeat business. It is your customers who will create your volume so you should seek many customers as part of your business strategy.
4. The age of the opportunity. No matter what people will try to tell you, there is an optimum age to build a business if you are seeking to break the Million Dollar per year range. If you want to create a supplementary income for your family then this factor may not be so important and a network marketing business can be built at any time in the life of the company. The long-term legacy companies are proof of this and again this depends on the quality of the products and services being offered. The more unique the product the less that the age of the company matters. However, there is an excitement about a young, dynamic company that thrills networkers and you can attract leaders in this industry who are looking for a new home for whatever reason when you find a young company with all the factors listed here.
5. The global reach of the company. Is this a company that plans and has the capacity to go global? With the growth of social media today, it is difficult to keep an exciting opportunity away from your global friends and business associates. As a connector, you will want to make sure that the company has a global strategy so that you can be a part of the global roll-out as it happens. This is especially true for anyone working online since you would have a much greater global reach than a marketer working their local community.
6. What training program exists both for online marketing and offline marketing? How does an online marketer remain compliant if you are considering a wellness product for instance? Training programs should be simple to use and easy to plug others into.
7. Support from the team. There should be many ways to expose your prospects and daily calls to keep the team moving forward and keep the momentum and excitement.
I end this by telling you that you should be very discerning when looking at network marketing deals. I have learned most of these points from experience and hard knocks. I came to a point in my life where I didn’t want to be involved in the network marketing industry anymore because I had been let down by unscrupulous opportunists trading on my good nature and lack of due diligence. I am very grateful to tell you that when I considered the business I am now building, I did my complete due diligence and this will be the key reason that my team will be a long-term success. I can wake up every day knowing I am making a difference to others based on integrity and real business principles.
I am involved with a company, a product and a team that answers all the above and much more.
Be sure to call me, and let’s get you doing your due diligence. I would love to have you on my team but it must be right for you and right for us. Our leadership team works very hard for everyone that joins us so I am seeking committed, motivated people. By being an enthusiastic, committed person of high integrity, I can guarantee you a pathway to financial freedom you may never have considered. More important you will bless more people with their health challenges and their financial challenges than you could ever have imagined.
To your Success,
Clare Kelway
