I am a Holistic Health practitioner, mom and blogger.

Just a little about my journey:

I came to study health and healing through my own journey when I became ill with Chronic Fatigue in the mid-nineties. After numerous tests and visits to several doctors, noone could find anything wrong with me. After several weeks of dragging myself around struggling to find out what was wrong with me, . a homeopath told me she thought I was suffering with Chronic Fatigue. What I knew was that I was not faking illness. I couldn’t function at all having been a highly active and energetic person. One seemingly unrelated health challenge I had was infertility that I had for years and multiple medical investigations had not been able to find a cause.

I began to study every book I could find on health and healing and it led me to formally train as a homeopath. When I qualified in classical homeopathy I knew I was on to something but it wasn’t enough. Homeopathy alone wasn’t the answer to my challenges. I was then led to train in Bio-Energetic Medicine, Quantum Healing and Biofeedback. If that seems a lot, yes it was but it helped me to formulate my own strategies for helping people at a cellular level. We all face an enormous burden of chemicals that we are exposed to through our genes, environment and food. My chronic fatigue was an overloaded burden of toxicity and as I began to cleanse my energy and health began to improve. It was a decade before I really felt energetic and full of life again. In the meantime, I became a mother to three beautiful boys all conceived naturally and without incident. I was even able to birth them naturally and two of them completely without any medical intervention. I share all this with you because I want you to know that my knowledge is gained through my own experiences as well as formal education.

I know and understand the manufacturing process behind every product I promote. My work is about removing chemicals from your body so you can be sure that I don’t promote any products that have suspect ingredients.

I hope to educate you about health and healing. I have spent years researching products and services across the globe and I am passionate about making sure I am aware of the best cellular nutrition products available.

What are my qualifications?

I am a US Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and US Board Certified Biofeedback Technician.

I am also qualified in homeopathy natural nutrition, BioEnergetic Medicine and Re connective Healing all achieved in the UK. I work with people on the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical levels. It is my role as your health educator to educate you on the power of your own body to heal itself. When we give our bodies what they need in the order that they need it, healing takes place.

I was born in South Africa, have lived in Australia and the UK before moving to the US three years ago. I love living in the North-West although I need to get to the sun regularly. I have lived on four continents and I am so excited about being a global citizen! I love to meet awesome people like you!

I am a mom to three boys – Jamie (12), Harry ( 10) and Jason (4). My boys were a gift to me from God at a time in my life when I had given up on the idea of having my own children.
I ran an alternative health clinic in Surrey, England for nine years before my move to the US.
