It was announced a few weeks back that CNI Nutrasciences was to merge with Xyngular today 18th January 2010, a brand-new juice company based out of Utah. I have been a CNI distributor and know this company well. CNI was formed back in January 2009, is San Diego based, and run by Paul Gravette and Ray Grimms.
CORE4, the flagship product line for CNI is designed to tackle the core area of the body, which is one of the most important areas to stimulate weight loss, restore energy and promote optimal health. Like nuclear fusion occurs in the sun’s core, CORE4 creates a synergistic nutrient fusion within the body to support life that is simply more healthy and vibrant. This Core4 system of weight loss products is very effective and there are many success stories. The tough part of the CNI story is keeping people taking the products. I signed up with CNI as part of my research project to learn as much as I could about the network marketing industry before deciding which company I would partner with for my long-term future. As a health practitioner, it seemed a good fit.
However, I quickly ran into the challenges of persuading people to keep taking products they did not see as essential in their lives. Unless you are building a business and see the cost of products as a cost of doing business, it is difficult to keep customers. This wasn’t appealing to me for the long-term. I want to develop customers and business partners that will stay through all seasons.

However, both companies run into the high risk of failure as new ventures. 80% of companies fail in their first two years and I always caution new distributors or newcomers to Network Marketing that teaming up with a new company is a high risk.
Whatever company you decide to team up with, Network Marketing or direct sales takes skills and personal development to succeed. Anyone can have short-term success, but long-term sustained success as a leader in this industry will take skills. Top earners brand themselves not the company or a product. You must position yourself as an expert. People do business with those they know, like, and trust. Please understand the only way you will be successful in Xyngular/CNI is as a Leader in Network Marketing offering value to those who connect with you.

Just so everyone is clear — this is no longer a “start-up.” Xyngular is backed by a financially solid, 15 year old company, so essentially, this is no longer a risky start-up venture. Therefore, the new CNI/Xyngular has long term stability, a variety of incredible, cutting edge products for everyone, the ability to take their sales into international markets this year and, a revolutionary straight line matrix compensation plan that offers everyone the ability to succeed.
