Strategies for Optimal Cellular Health
I hope you are all having a fantastic January! I wanted to share my plan for my blogs with you for 2012 and finally bringing clarity to what was really a very confusing situation!
In the latter part of last year, I moved this blog, ClareKelway.com into health and healing. This is absolutely where it belongs! My heart is passionate about helping you with your health and teaching you preventative strategies to maintain optimal health.
In October 2011, I gained my US certifications necessary to practice as a holistic health practitioner here and I am very excited about plans for my health consulting business and this blog in 2012. (I practiced alternative medicine in London, UK for nine years before moving to the US).

Along with my passion for health and healing, I remain a business consultant to small and medium sized companies on web-design, implementation, social media optimization and online marketing. This part of my career is expanding rapidly as I have found my consulting experience combined with my social media experience a helpful combination for companies working out how to exponentially grow their businesses online. I teach them how to create a loyal community in their niche and how to mix outbound marketing with inbound marketing strategies. My role is closely aligned to a business project manager. I put together a solution that works for a particular business and then I work with technical web and social media gurus to implement the plan. Along the way, I have discovered it is confusing for my current and future business consulting clients to find me online as a health expert when they are consulting me on web projects and social media strategy!
So with this in mind, I have decided to build a web-site dedicated to small business consulting and removing the mystique associated with social media and e-commerce. This web-site is called
CK Social Media.
It is currently in the process of being built with the help of one of my online partners, Jupiter Jim (Jim Landers).
Perhaps there will be an intersection between the businesses when I help therapists and health practitioners run a social media optimized practice!

So back to ClareKelway.com and you my readers – what to expect on this blog this year?
The theme I have chosen to run on this year is CELLULAR ENERGY! We can never have enough and most of us struggle feeling tired and exhausted so I plan to focus on all the reasons why we don’t have enough energy and how to dramatically improve your cellular energy!
I will be writing about topics that relate to improving the energy flow through your cells. I suffered from chronic fatigue syndrome 15 years ago and although I don’t display any outward symptoms, I have learned to manage my life. It has been a consistent learning curve through many health modalities and therapies for me to find the optimal answer to my health. I have learned how to maintain and keep my energy flowing. It is my personal journey back to health and the opportunities I now have in my life that drive me to continue to help you with your health.
Some of the topics I will be covering include: heavy metal poisoning, water dehydration, mineral imbalances, children’s energy challenges, and adrenal insufficiency. I will be bringing many solutions to common problems of “tired”. It is so sad to me that millions of people push themselves through the day exhausted. If only everyone knew what they could do to improve their energy? One solution does not fit all but many of the ideas that I will share with you are applicable to everyone. They work in a holistic way.

I think it is an excellent match between holistic health and social media. I like the idea that both fields are about helping people and are also about connection. I really like what you have to say on your CK blog as well.

It sounds as if your blog will be of great help you every one and i looking forward to what you will presents to us.
I don’t know if you know the Magnetic Band cold the “ALMAG” I did had a health Center one’s and i did use it with great success I also use the “RIFE” machine that is very good also. If you use alternative machine’s to help people that is something good to add to your list.

Hi Sadie, thanks for your great wishes! yes, it has been a long process but in the meantime I have gained a second career so I am obviously very happy about that. It will be fun to see how it all pans out but the Social Media consultancy is currently paying all the bills. However, with such a long background in cellular health and having helped thousands of people transform their lives, it is literally a part of my DNA so getting my US credentials was a natural step.

as I shared with Sadie, I am fortunate that the social media consultancy is currently paying my bills so I was driven to get organized. I had paying clients and no site!!! So I find myself with two careers. My wellness background is long and deep. I have qualified in multiple modalities but I had to satisfy the US authorities here in order to be legal! It took so long that the social media career emerged and took over! However, I believe I will be able to support both since people seem to cross my path regularly requiring help with their health.
Very exciting to hear about your tweet up. BTW, I love Ireland, have great friends there in County Clare ( my name’s sake)!

I liked reading what you are about. Since I’ve been on your blog, I knew about the health end of it, but actually didn’t know about the social media part. You are very talented!
As for energy, I can tell you that I gained energy after having mercury amalgums taken out of my teeth. I did a marathon of teeth repair several years ago, and a few months after that, I woke up one morning with more energy than I knew what to do with!

Thanks for the good wishes! The social media career emerged as I was working out how to transfer my UK qualifications to the US and was borne out of necessity. I found myself a widow in a new country with three kids and no income! A real immigrant crisis! Anyway, thank goodness for Social Media. It became my support, healer and turned into a new career that is paying the bills! And now I have my US health credentials too so I am blessed to be able to help people again with their health.
I am excited to hear about your amalgam removal! I totally understand – my specialty was the curse of heavy metal toxicity and the link to neurological conditions. Congrats on your certification Clare! Celebrate! I looked at CK Social Media and it looks great Clare. The thing that jumps out on this blog for me is that you are going to blog about is Cellular Energy. It has always been a fantastic way to look at health for me. I am looking forward to learn more about it. I have overcome a few health issues by working on a cellular basis through diet and Chinese herbs with an Herbalist I knew way back in the day. This is a fascinating subject! Heavy Metals in our water and food chain (also products we use such as deodorant, creams, etc) can poison the system on a cellular basis.
What I would like to see? Not only what is ingested, but also the poisons and toxic chemicals we use on our bodies.
As for my quest on what chemicals we use outside our bodies, a product I use is 17th Century Suds. Because I try to live by a macrobiotic diet, this company is local, raises their own organic flowers and oils, and makes the most amazing soaps and lotions. I am NOT an affiliate, but using these products, along with skin brushing, I feel so much different. I don’t use an deodorant, but rather drink chlorophyll, (another thing you might think of putting on your site) because it cleanses the body and there is no need for deodorant which ca be toxic. I even give it to my dogs in their water, and they smell sweet.

Yes, cellular energy – as I have stated elsewhere here cellular healing is all about establishing flow and I work with a combination of homeopathics ( I started my health career as a homeopath), herbals and nutritionals that are designed to cross the cell wall. I am almost finished my e-book on the Seven Keys to Cellular Wellness. When it is up on my blog ( in the next few days), download a copy and you will understand better my approach to healing. It has been amazingly successful for my clients. I was very blessed to connect with a company here in the US that I studied Bio-Energetic Medicine with and now I get to work with them directly to help others! it is very cool.
In the meantime, my social media work is growing so the web-site is being built in order to provide my clients with a place to refer to! The work came first on that one – amazing!

That is a good start to CK Social media. If you need a non-Thesis WordPress developer, let me know. I do Thesis (did Kim Castleberry’s site), but I lean to custom jobs for each person on a simple fast vanilla WordPress framework.
I really love to see other bloggers’ plans for their sites and ventures. I definitely would love to read your solutions to the tired ordeal and improving metabolism.

I endorse the direction you are taking. Although it is twice as much work to maintain two blogs, separating the two makes sense. I know I have a couple fo focused blogs which pretty well generate their own business with the occasional post form me, now they are set up.
Unfortunately,as just about everything I recommend is from a network marketing company, I can’t think of anything to offer you right now!

I just checked out your CK Social Media site and the layout is great (I love sliders and want do integrate one on my blog).
It’s cool that you have separated out the two themes that you are passionate about on separate sites. I am passionate about Network Marketing as well as Personal Development and cover both on my current blog. I am planning to start a separate blog that is focused solely on Personal Development some time in the next couple of months.
